Zann Gates assists Drs. Erin DiCaprio, Linda J. Harris, and Selina Wang with the logistics of running the Department of Food Science and Technology‘s Cooperative Extension short courses in food safety and quality, including advertising & marketing, registration, website presence, preparation of course materials, catering set up, and other event planning details.  Other duties include website maintenance, travel & entertainment reimbursement, maintaining publication files, and tracking course budgets.

She is the webmaster for WCFS.
